Stunning round bodes well for Daniel

May 21: Despite a brilliant third-round eight-under-par 64 Daniel missed the cut by one shot in the BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by SYNNEX Corporation at the weekend.
A 54-hole cut was made in the Web.com Tour event and Daniel just fell short with rounds of 68, 75 and 64 for a seven-under-par total.
Heavy rain meant the tournament was reduced to 54-holes, which allowed Germany’s Stephan Jaeger to take the title with a winning score of 19-under-par.
In his third round 64, Daniel toured the front nine in one under but played a spectacular back nine shooting a seven-under-par 29 – helped by five birdies on the trot from the 10th.
He is in 53rd place on the Web.com Tour Money List. The top-25 secure their PGA Tour cards at the end of the season and Daniel is only US$28,745 behind 25th place.
